As concerning as it may be, it seems a new phase of pandemic fatigue has kicked in, which means easing curbs in favor of resuscitating the economy. Looking at the latest developments, it looks like the retail sector is heading toward revival — albeit slowly, but definitely surely — as epitomized by the reopening of shopping malls.
